凌晨 屏幕socketio断开连接后没有正常重连 #103

在凌晨 socketio 断开链接后没有重连。 smartpanel正常定时发送config请求， 网络是正常的。

重点现象： 页面socketio 圆点似乎是绿色的，是否某个地方卡住了?
