可以先对接登录API然后展示一下管理系统的 homepage

注意登录API应该使用 https://gitea.yunhorn.com/smartoilets-front/projects/issues/51

后续可能会使用 admin.smartoilets.net 直接就根目录, 但目前, 页面目录可以是 /admin, 已经创建好目录了
