完善 simplepage home page svg 文件不存在的情况 #77

simplepage 默认会从 page config接口获取 svg URL 来显示，但当文件不存在时, 目前是直接显示了 s3 返回的报错内容。

看要如何处理比较好? 前端是直接把文件放入到前端标签里面，可能不知道文件是否存在？

如果知道文件不存在的话就前端可以显示 tab 页面的那个蓝色页面，然后中间一个黄色块提示 "profile file 不存在"

如果不知道文件不存在的话，后天可以在接口里面添加一个字段，然后前端判断如果有该字段则显示该字段的 svg URL. 确认下哪种方式处理比较好 @ginfone
